**About the role**:

We’re currently seeking an experienced
**Payroll Officer** who will report to our Payroll Manager. With demonstrated experience in a similar role you will undertake the efficient processing of our fortnightly pays, processing pay adjustments, adding and maintaining employee records, responding and assisting with employee/management queries and assisting with month end tasks.

Some of your duties include:

- Maintain payroll data integrity in line with Railtrain protocols and processes.
- Provide adhoc reports as required by the business.
- Processing the pays with high attention to detail to identify discrepancies prior to payment.
- Provide ongoing support of the HumanForce product to ensure correct payments to employees.
- Ensure accurate record keeping for audit purposes.

**About the offer**:
This role will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, ideally working Monday to Thursday 9am-2pm (20hrs per week) with the ability to work additional hours as/when required.

**About you**:
It all sounds great doesn’t it, so what do we expect of you?
- Must have 3+ years previous experience in a Payroll Officer position.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel.
- Share our values of **Safety, Integrity, Innovation & Excellence**:

- Must have experience in a medium to large sized business (300+ employees).
- Experience using Greentree (desirable).
- Experience using HumanForce (desirable).
- A strong attention to detail
- Salary will be dependant upon the successful applicant’s skills and experience.
