**About MRPV**
Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is delivering a massive investment in the state’s roads. We’re delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day. The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We’re also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.
MRPV is also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades. Come and be a part of our centre of roads excellence.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Assist IT Project Managers with the development and management of project schedules.
- Assist the IT PMO with project reporting and communications, preparation of meeting packs / minutes and tracking of action items.
- Provide support and assistance in the license management of IT software for MRPV and with vendor SLA Management.
- Provide IT procurement with support in the coordination of activities between the IT, Finance and Procurement functions.

The IT PMO Coordinator will be responsible for supporting IT Operations, project managers and the wider PMO function to deliver projects in accordance with the IT PMF. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration, stakeholder management and attention to detail. The IT PMO Coordinator will also improve the efficiency of specialist IT roles through more effective management of general processes.
