**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are currently seeking a
- **Technical Sales Representative **to join our Flooring Target Market within our
- **Victoria Branch**.
- You will be responsible for building a client base for the business, as well as managing existing clients with the
- **Cementitious Flooring market**. The role will primarily focus on our Flooring Direct Contractor customers, Builders & Consultant’s with the ability to cross-sell a broad range of Sika products.
- You will be a hunter with a passion for exceeding your sales targets. Your excellent communication skills and sales experience will allow you to deal with Asset Owners, Engineers/Consultants and Contractors on current and upcoming projects.
- You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle and all tools of the trade (laptop, mobile phone etc).

**WHAT DUTIES ARE INVOLVED?**
- Meeting Sales Targets and KPI’s set by the business.
- Identifying new business opportunities with prospective key customers
- Specifications and demonstrations of the Sika’s products
- Increase market share with new business and existing customers
- Providing sales leads to existing and new customers
- Demonstrations and updating of the Sika’s products
- Provide after sales service to key customers, including assistance for any product complaints

**We Need Your Skills**

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful within this role, you will:

- Have a minimum Three (3) years’ experience within an Industrial Market Field.
- Have proven experience and demonstration of achieving sales targets through Direct and/or B2B selling.
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels of the market from Engineers and Remedial Consultants to Contractors and Builders.
- Be competent, a team player, reliable and energetic, who also has the strong ability to work autonomously and a strong aptitude for marketing and sales.
- Have experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
