**About the role**:
We have a fantastic role available within our Distributed Brands Division to join us as our Marketing Lead for CAT, Herschel & Stance. With the support and direction from the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of the three brand’s go-to-market strategy for product launches and product campaigns for both retail and digital. You will play a vital role and be an ambassador for retail, conceptualize and execute all in-store events and campaigns, improve team engagement, ensure strong sell-through for all product launches and to develop strong relationships with all external brand partners. In this cross-functional role you will work with and support retail, buying and e-commerce teams and be the lead for all product and trade campaigns.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Monthly campaign build including creative and execution
- Digital Marketing briefs and Local PR
- Local Wholesale VM/POP and Showroom/office VM/POP
- Working with influencers and brands on partnerships
- Activations & Events
- Invoices & Budgets
- Management of production for content shoots
- Weekly reporting on social metrics
- Communicating all retail campaign updates to relevant Retail teams within appropriate timelines
- Supporting broader marketing activations within the department
- Managing brand owned spaces in all current and upcoming CAT doors and reporting updates to Head of Marketing
- Liaising with and managing existing (and new) relationships with shopping centre marketing contacts and teams
- Creating monthly retail POP packs
- Briefing retail assets to printers
- Support national retail manager with in-store signage
- Monthly retail/store directives
- Creating graphics brief for monthly retail windows
- Creating Distro list for monthly campaigns
- New store opening POS, imagery and activations
- Creating monthly media kit
- Ongoing marketing support to account managers
- Coordinating POS of key campaigns and launches with wholesale account
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Marketing
- Experience using Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, intermediate level and PowerPoint.
- Degree qualified in Business or Marketing
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail orientated with an analytical mindset
