Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' expectations has resulted in strong business growth and, as a result, we are looking to expand our Rocklea based Accounting & Administration team by employing an experienced, Customer Service orientated person who also has Accounts Receivable and Debtors collections experience.

**About the role**

This role is a full time 5 days per week position and involves;
- Customer Order Processing
- Accounts Receivable MYOB accounting
- Following up overdue debtors

The role includes processing & coordinating Customer Orders to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and in line with Customer’s requirements.

A high level of internal communication with internal resources and departments and external communication with customers is required to ensure that customers’ orders are efficiently and correctly processed and delivered.

A detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable in MYOB AccountRight is required and experience in chasing up overdue customer accounts is essential.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- A very high level of attention to detail and be totally reliable
- Be highly organised and capable of prioritising and juggling several tasks at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure autonomously and as a team member
- Above average communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent phone technique
- A ‘can do’ attitude to overcoming challenges
- Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills are essential
- Customer Service / Customer Order processing
- Accounts Receivable in MYOB AccountRight
- Debtors Collections
