Our client forms one of the largest domestic banana businesses in Australia with strong, long-standing supply programs with two of the three major national retailers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic new member of our client's team for Accounts Payable and general Office Support duties.

This part-time role will be reporting to the Financial Controller and is based at our client's office in Rocklea.

**Core Skills**:

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with personnel at all levels
- Accountable, responsible, takes ownership
- Adaptable to change

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience using Greentree software
- Familiar with general ledger transactions

**About the Role**:

- Accurate payments made
- Ensure payment parameters are maintained
- Maintenance of the Payments section of the Daily cashflow spreadsheet
- Make recommendations to improve quality of processing procedures
- Ensure Supplier Credit Applications are completed
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Checking of Inventory Receival paperwork
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist DBM team members with enquiries related to Accounts payable
- Assist the Financial Controller on ad hoc projects as needs arise
