Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' expectations has resulted in strong business growth and, as a result, we are looking to expand our Rocklea based Accounting & Administration team by employing an experienced, Customer Service orientated person who also has Accounts Receivable and Debtors collections experience.

**About the role**

This role is a full-time five days per week position and involves;
- Processing of Customers Orders
- Accounts Receivable using MYOB so experience required
- Following up overdue debtors

The role includes inputting customers orders into the system, taking off payments in MYOB, chasing up bad debts, and problem solving for our customers.

We require exceptional communication skills, both internally and for our customers.

We require someone who has MYOB experience, a great phone manner and has experience chasing bad or slow payers.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- A high level of attention to detail and be reliable
- Be highly organised and capable of prioritising and juggling several tasks at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure autonomously and as a team member
- Above average communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent phone technique
- A ‘can do’ attitude to overcoming challenges
- Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
- Customer Service / Customer Order processing
- Accounts Receivable in MYOB AccountRight
- Debtors Collections
