**Your role**

As a Client Officer, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of duties within Victims Services. In this role, you will be responsive and professional in the provision of a diverse range of administrative and telephone services in a client focused environment.

**What you’ll do**
- As part of a team, you will be required to:

- Perform administrative and case management tasks to assist customers.
- Collaborate across Victims Services to identify opportunities to improve services, policies and procedures.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level customer service skills.
- The ability to maintain wellbeing in an environment that exposes staff to information that is sensitive and confronting.
