**Marketing Operations Specialist (Retail)**

This position will be responsible to bring the marketing strategy to life by providing market insights and sales data to prepare future marketing strategies and strengthen existing ones. You will support our retailers with data to ensure marketing is reaching the target audience.

**The Exciting Role**:

- Monitor daily sales of DSZ and analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape, share insights with the team and identify opportunities for campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Assist managers to deal with CS/Compliance/Shipment issues for customer experience optimisation.
- Collaborate with team on improving operational efficiency to enhance customer experience and achieve 80% of satisfaction rate.
- Collaborate on marketing channel strategies with Retailer customers.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collect and analyse data and other statistical information.
- Advise on marketing elements of advertising and sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Provide weekly reports on sales performance and profit margin that align with set goals.
- Report on marketing promotional activities to the wider team.
- Assist management to build a friendly and supportive team environment.
- Report to management on updates, feedback, and individual development.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Degree qualified, preferably in Business or Marketing
- Experience and knowledge of Ecommerce retail market to support retailers marketing plans.
- Strong knowledge of data and analysis, preferably with google analytics.
- Experience supporting marketing channel strategies.
- Experience of analysing sales reports to find meaningful strategies.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to translate this to strategies in a retail environment.
