The ServiceNow NextGen Professionals Program is building the next generation of ServiceNow professionals. **Opportunity**
Exciting opportunities await as ServiceNow's NextGen team embarks on its rapid expansion in the APAC region. We are thrilled to invite a dynamic Project Coordinator to be part of this transformative journey. As a Project Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our NextGen programming, taking charge of a diverse range of administrative tasks that are instrumental in driving success. Reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager, NextGen APAC, you'll play a key role in coordinating and optimizing our initiatives. **What you get to do in this role**
Recruitment
- Provide program support to students and partners through the recruitment and enrollment cycle.
- Support planning and execution of information sessions.
- Support in building and managing relationships with NGOs across Asia-Pacific region.
- Support onboarding processes for admitted students.
Program Coordination - Training
- Support the Senior Program Manager in monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the NextGen training program in Asia-Pacific region while courses are in motion.
- Support student retention by building relationships, facilitating attendance capture and providing or linking students to just-in-time support and resources while in training.
- Support the Senior Program Manager in managing relationships and building partnerships with technical training delivery staff. This includes instructors, teaching assistants, volunteers, internal staff and NGO partner staff.
- Identify and surface areas for improvement of established processes or program elements.
- Identify areas where new processes are required as a result of running day to day operations of the NextGen training program.
Data Tracking, Reporting and Administration
- Maintain accuracy of records and data inputs into internal systems for reporting purposes in alignment with United States and European based Project Coordinators to share best practice and support data fluidity and accuracy.
- Coordinate offboarding process for disengaged students
- Support post program survey capture from students, delivery staff, mentors and employers in collaboration with the NextGen’s Operations team.
- Provide weekly updates on course progression to internal team and NGO partners.
- Coordinate offboarding process for program completers.
Program Coordination - Employability
- Support planning, coordination and execution of networking events and power skill sessions in collaboration with Senior Program Director and NextGen’s Alumni success team.
