Redpath Partners are working alongside a prestigious and well-established property investment and development company who are seeking a Project-Coordinator to join their Melbourne team.

You will work on a diverse project portfolio which includes commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, BTR, and residential alongside development managers.

This is the perfect opportunity for a Project-Coordinator or Contract Administrator working in the construction industry want to step-up and work for a developer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the Development Managers in the team on a diverse project portfolio.
- Join several diverse projects from design development, tender, and award.
- Assist with programs, budgets, and site inspections.

**The Individual**:

- Have 3-4 year’s experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator at a contractor.
- Be a thorough, well-organised, articulate person meetings including directors and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are a must.
