**About the Role**
The Area Manager provides operational and people leadership and management to its clinics. This role ensures effective team leadership and commitment to the development of staff; empowering team members to deliver high quality, efficient, professional, and friendly services to patients, referrers and the community, whilst achieving clinic targets.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to achieve strong patient care outcomes and quality, cost and productivity targets.
- Provide direction, supervision, support, and recognition of staff and promote collaboration, cooperation and teamwork.
- Display a strong commitment to developing others.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the financial and commercial aspects of the business and focus.
- Enable the team to ensure a duty of care is provided to all patients.
- Promote and maintain professional standards and the consistent delivery of high-quality services.
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Experience in managing clinics and staff across multiple locations.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide leadership and support in management and day to day operations
- Provide coaching and clinical oversight.
- Demonstrated understanding of operational and commercial management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of Jones Radiology.
