Housekeeping and Public Area Supervisor

**One of the Mornington Peninsulas newest and leading spa destination is looking for an additional Floor Supervisor to complement the larger Housekeeping Department.**

The high calibre operations are operating 7 days per week and is an already awarding winning establishment.
- **Assist with the daily supervision and coordination of the larger department to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met**:

- **Assisting in shift rostering and taking charge in Executive Housekeepers absence**:

- **Share correct information and direction to the team members**:

- **Assist with seeking productivity level improvements of all team members through the process**:

- **Guide, train and educate the housekeeping team in line with company polices and housekeeping procedures**:

- **Involved in daily briefings, cleaner allocations, space inspections, and provide effective communication to all team members**:

- **Working closely with the reception, F&B outlets and management**:

- **Ensure efficient use of linen and conduct regular inventory checks**:

- **Training 'on the job' to ensure effectiveness and the best hygiene standards**:

- **Provide operational support and guidance**:

- **Working as a proactive team member**:

- **Inspecting all assigned areas to ensure property standards and cleanliness are maintained**:

- **Assist in cleaning schedules when needed**:

- **Has a positive response to all guest inquiries and matters**

**Salary**: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
