  • Contour Education: Reshaping how students master their high school subjects with small-group tutoring, structured resources, and 1-on-1 support across Maths, Science, and English.
  • Contour Medprep: Reshaping medical preparation with a proven, step-by-step pathway through the UCAT, interviews, and admissions, led by a team of 100+ medical students. 
  • Contour TestPrep: Reshaping test preparation, starting with the selective entry exam, through rigorous tutoring, mock exams, and data-driven feedback to give students a decisive advantage.

What You Will Do
  • Lead daily campus operations ensuring consistency, safety, and alignment with Contour's brand and standards
  • Oversee class readiness, schedules, attendance, inventory, and service operations across phone, email, and text
  • Coach, mentor, and develop campus leadership and service teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across campuses
  • Own student experience metrics, including walk-in conversions, NPS, referrals, and mock exam CSAT
  • Manage campus facilities, maintenance, compliance, and cost control
  • Resolve escalated parent and student issues promptly and empathetically
  • Partner with executive leadership to implement strategy and growth initiatives
What You Will Bring
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations or people management, ideally within service-oriented industries such as education, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and support high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and sound project management skills, with a focus on operational excellence
