About The Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate
Area Manager
to join the Sportscraft team, leading across our
three Adelaide stores
. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, consistency, and brand excellence across the region.

As an Area Manager, you'll inspire and empower our Store Managers to deliver exceptional results — ensuring every store reflects Sportscraft's proud legacy of quality, craftsmanship, and timeless Australian style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers across your area to deliver sales, service, and operational excellence.
  • Drive achievement of sales, profit, and KPI targets across all stores.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, creating and implementing effective action plans.
  • Partner closely with the Support Office to deliver key initiatives and campaigns.
  • Build strong succession pipelines, developing talent and fostering high-performing teams.

About You

  • Proven experience in multi-site retail management (ideally fashion or lifestyle apparel).
  • A track record of coaching and developing leaders to drive business results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and act on insights.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • A passion for people, product, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
