We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area VM for our stores across South Australia. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract.

About the role
Reporting to our State VM, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through the effective execution of visual merchandising strategies. You love the in-store experience and strive to bring our brand to life

**Your major responsibilities include**:

- Executing the display of new collections as per the guide to promote the strongest sell through possible
- Interpreting the information in the guides to suit individual stores, creating a relevant shopping experience
- Facilitating VM training sessions with new Store Leaders
- Consistently focusing on developing Retail teams to ensure a thorough understanding of VM principles and company standards
- Use VM strategies to create relevant whole store fronts that promote high foot traffic
- Delivering key insights to your leader, identifying areas of opportunity and discussing store specific strategies to improve results

About you
You will be experienced as a multi-site VM within the fashion industry and love working collaboratively with a wide range of individuals. You have strong organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team, manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines. You pride yourself on your resilience, agility, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
