**Tenancy Operations Manager**
**Facilities Manager**) to join their team managing circa 20,000 square meters of A-Grade commercial office space on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients.

Based in Parramatta, you will manage the day-to-day operations and be responsible for the delivery of facilities management services and operational excellence for the floors in this A-Grade asset.

**Key responsibilities of the Tenancy Operations Manager will include**:

- Ensure that the asset is managed, and the services are delivered in such a way that there is no interruption to the client’s ability to trade.
- Ensure that a safe and health work environment is maintained at all times.
- Deliver technical expertise and advise in relation to critical infrastructure and hard FM services in conjunction with the Technical Manager.
- Manage contractor invoicing, quotations, and scope of works in line with any Facilities Management Agreement or Master Services Agreement that is in place with that contractor through auditing, spot check or any other means as may be required from time to time.
- Manage and communicate critical incidents and recovery plans to stakeholders including provision of updates on P1 (priority 1) work orders 24/7 to the National Corporate Operations Manager or other Managers as required.

**The Individual**:

- Circa 10 year’s experience in Facilities Management, with 5 years of that being in the corporate space.
- Can demonstrate a good understanding of all technical aspects of a corporate building including knowledge of critical infrastructure.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Qualifications in FM or Diploma in Technical Building /FM services.
- Industry recognised course in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline. (TAFE, Tertiary or Property Council) would be advantageous.
