What this job involves: We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Property Services Supervisor to join our teamYou'll be a crucial part of the team in coordinating the day-to-day operations of a prestigious industrial portfolio, which is situated on the account of our multi-national construction and real estate client who we have a longstanding, successful partnership with.
The right candidate must thrive on rapidly changing priorities and be prepared to work from the Parramatta Offices, or remotely from site as required.
A snapshot of the role: Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory authorities Conducting effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
Be actively involved in the development and maintenance of a property due diligence programs including reporting any works required to the relevant team members.
Coordinate specialist contractors to ensure they comply with their contract terms and conditions and nominated scope of works.
Travel to client sites within Sydney Metropolitan, mainly across Western/South Western Sydney Sound like you?
