Our client is an international ground engineering and foundation services company, operating across the country. They are currently looking for a Construction Manager to join them on a permanent basis and oversee their construction operations in WA & NT and lead an ambitious team of engineers and other construction professionals.
**What you will be doing as a Construction Manager**:
- Leading a team consisting of PMs, PEs and other construction professionals
- Managing and controlling all aspects of the company's projects in WA & NT, including H&S, commercial & contractual aspects
- Overall planning and programming of the works
- Staffing and management of the team
- Management of subcontractors to meet objectives and deadlines
**What you should bring to the table**:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar area
- 10+ years of post graduate experience in Project Management of construction projects
- Experience in piling/foundation services/ground engineering
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Willingness to travel as travel to remote areas will be required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
