Join us and discover how you can make a difference.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team based in Bayswater, Victoria. If you have a passion for delivering excellence in systems and administration, have professional communication skills, and are a creative thinker capable of helping to developing unique solutions to meet specific business needs, want to work in a highly motivated environment and enjoy learning in a highly collaborative team, then this could be a great opportunity in your career.The main responsibilities will be to support the HR team with all facets of employee administration, including data management, onboarding and offboarding, visa support, payroll interface, contracts management and a strong focus on process and continuous improvement.In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be process and systems focused, and be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities and enjoy working in a fast paced, detail focused support role within a professional team. You will be highly motivated, and most important of all have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
