**About the opportunity**

We are embarking on an exciting growth phase for the business and growing our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional HR administration support to the Human Resources function as well as the rest of the People and Culture team from time to time supporting a positive employee experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out all administrative functions to support the HR team
- Organise and maintain personnel records, enter new data where applicable, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases
- Coordinate People and Culture projects and meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Assisting with and ensuring completion of all new employee induction processes
- Follow up on probationary reviews and issue end of probation letters accordingly
- Assist with employee investigations and manage case files for disciplinary matters
- Attending performance discussions and taking minutes
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects to support the operations and sales teams
- Other HR Administrative support to the HR Advisors and the P&C team, as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration / Human Resources OR significant industry experience working in an office environment
- Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and
- Exposure to the HR business function is advantageous but not essential
