**The Role**
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the **Finance Administrator **include:
- Provide project coordination and finance assistance.
- Provide finance, procurement and general administrative support for the Account.
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure all financial reporting is accurate and timely.
- Coordinate and manage the internal team to ensure meetings are scheduled and deadlines are met.
- Maintain Run Rate Tracker file (POs, Invoices, Services).
- Accrual input and confirmation of final accruals - ensure all month-end accrual input and review the final accruals in the system.
- Closure and Capitalization - ensure all POs are setup in according with FA capitalisation guidelines and that OPC closure forms are completed to capitalise assets.
- Work with the Agilent Fixed Assets team to categorize and capitalise assets and complete quarterly assertion reporting for FA team.
- Tracking financial expenditure against Purchase Orders raised in excel.
- General administration duties including setting up and adding new suppliers.

- Microsoft Office Application Skills proficiency in Excel a priority
- Basic financial or accounting knowledge
