**The Opportunity**:
Joining as the Practice Executive/Hub Team Lead you'll be responsible for the supervision of the Team Assistant, Team Executive and Practice Executive teams. This role supports the Operations Manager to provide efficient business support services to our legal teams.

As the Practice Executive/Hub Team Lead you will collaborate with various stakeholders and will be a positive leader to your team while promoting quality output, consistency & continuous improvement.

**About You**:
You will have knowledge and experience with the following:

- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in managing legal support or executive assistant teams within a professional services firm.
- Experience in working with senior professionals and in balancing competing priorities in a time sensitive environment.
- High degree of initiative, pro-activity and problem solving skills, with a willingness to take ownership for the completion of tasks/projects and deliver innovative solutions to improve systems or work practices.
- Prior experience developing inclusive teams with a one team approach.
- A client focused approach including the ability to grow a network of professional relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues around the firm.
- Excellent organisational skills, together with a high level of attention to detail.
- Resilience, with the ability to thrive in the context of continuous change and effectively work with challenging clients or stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to respectfully manage upwards with stakeholders.
- Effective delegation skills including taking responsibility for providing timely feedback in a constructive way if work deliverables are not in line with expectations.
- Strong understanding of billing procedures, and working knowledge of Elite 3e or similar billing system.
