**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic **Social Media Manager** to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing, you’ll lead our social strategy, drive community engagement, and deliver on-brand, commercial, and inspiring content. You’ll own the content calendar, guide an AMAZING team, and contribute to DECJUBA’s goal of delivering AMAZING to our community every day.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance community engagement.
- Identify and act on emerging platform opportunities, trends, and tactical initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing social media team aligned with DECJUBA values.
- Plan, own, and maintain the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling, on-brand content.
- Foster and grow the DECJUBA online community through engagement and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing actionable insights and growth opportunities
- Manage social media budgets, tracking spend, and ensuring financial objectives are met.

You’re passionate about social media, customer experience, and fashion You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a solutions-focused mindset, and have the following experience and skills:
- Strong understanding of social media technology, trends, and best practices.
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- A creative flair for capturing and editing compelling content.
- Exceptional planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence outcomes across teams.
- Retail experience and knowledge of the fashion industry are a plus
- Degree in marketing, media, or communications with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Positive mindset, takes initiative and is self-motivated and tenacious
