**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity to be the Creative Content & Social Media Lead for Hype DC & Subtype. The purpose of this exciting role is to create and execute the content strategy for all Hype DC & Subtype digital channels to ensure business objectives are being achieved. You will be a passionate, self-starter and big thinker. You will be willing to roll up your sleeves and support all teammates and initiatives. You will be solution-orientated and up for a challenge. And above all, you will live and breathe our Brand DNA and Beliefs and be creative at your core.
**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Collaborate with the digital teams Brand Partnership and Marketing Lead and Head of Marketing to ensure plan and execution of strategy aligns with online business objectives from website content, social platforms, eDM builds and SEO/Blog program.
- Lead creative direction for all socials platforms and digital campaigns.
- Create “fit-for-purpose” content.
- Responsible for scheduling social content - Hype DC (AUS + NZ), and Subtype (AUS + NZ), growth, revenue, and engagement.
- Work closely with The Agency & Creative teams to build, plan and support creative briefs to ensure digital campaigns are executed and go-to-market activity aligns with brand guidelines.
- Work with Brand Partners & Marketing Lead to execute the digital campaign elements of brand partner campaigns in alignment.
- Build growth strategies to ensure OKRs are being met.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer marketing strategy.
- Plan, build and manage social media accounts which include Instagram, Facebook & Tik ToK.
- Work cross functionally with Digital Performance Marketing team to build, brief and execute paid digital campaigns to plan.
- Identify new social trends, community leaders, influencers and KOLs.
- Continue to elevate, capture, and promote store teams, customers, community, and brand values through content.
- Monthly reporting on digital campaigns including KPIs and social revenue.
- Brief marketing assistant on always-on social schedules and production.
- Be a brand custodian, a team player and entrenched in our communities.
- Deliver best in class content.
- Ensure we maximize content across multiple digital channels (retail, digital and partnerships/influencers).
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Demonstrated experience in digital storytelling and online marketing and improving reach across multiple social media platforms.
- A genuine passion and understanding for all forms of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest and its latest updates and trends.
- Great time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate great organisational & time management skills.
- Have a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
