Join a Large Fed Gov Department in a centrally located office | Long-term contract | Baseline required
**Your new company**
As an experienced Service Designer, you will join a large Federal Government Department that is undergoing significant transformation. Working out of a centrally located office, you will join a multidisciplinary team and work alongside business analysts, architects and business representatives to analyse the business by balancing user and business perspectives.
**Your new role**
In this role, you will:
- Deliver and design appropriate service design artefacts and communication material as required, such as Current and Future State maps, Personas, service blueprints etc.
- Plan and document user interviews, eliciting both high level and detailed business problems and analysing root causes.
- Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recent experience as a UX Designer, Business Analyst, Service Designer or experience in Design/Strategy/Research.
- Experience using Double Diamond.
- Proven ability to plan, facilitate and document user interviews to elicit high-level and detailed business problems and analysing root causes.
