Job Opportunity: NDIS Operations Manager at Personalised Care

Personalised Care, a provider of Supported Independent Living support for individuals with mental health, intellectual, sensory, and physical disabilities, is seeking an experienced NDIS Operations Manager to join our team.

About Us:
At Personalised Care, we offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) support to individuals through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We provide services in SIL, residential, crisis, and short-term accommodation settings, ensuring a direct service option for people with disabilities.

Role Description:
Key Requirements:

- Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients in Supported Independent Living Care, Disability, and/or Mental Health sectors
- In-depth knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures, with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Demonstrated experience in supervision and team management
- Proficiency in rostering and team management
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability to work varied after-hours on-call rosters as required
- Current Working With Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with NDIS and Audit compliance
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the disability sector

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
