- What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and rostering a team of Bar Attendants with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of fun
- Passionately training your team for success and always looking for career development opportunities for your team
- Driving sales and smashing targets while keeping the good times flowing
- Creating epic experiences for our social and corporate guests
- Setting the gold standard in service and inspiring your team to do the same, contributing to the stand-out hospitality we provide
- Partnering with the Venue Manager to make magic happen, every single shift
- Who You Are
- Prior leadership experience in a bar setting
- Equipped with an RSA (or ready to get one)
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A sales-savvy operator who knows how to turn good nights into great ones
- A people person who builds strong relationships and unforgettable moments
- A service superstar who leads by example and lifts others up
