We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at North Strathfield, NSW. In exchange, we offer a collaborative and energetic team culture that would encourage the development of the occupant’s skills and knowledge.

The role

As a Store Manager you would be involved in the following duties:

- Plans and coordinates the daily operations of establishment **Manages and supervises staff, including hiring, training and performance evaluation** Oversees the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure quality and customer satisfaction **Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies as needed** Manages budgets and financial transactions, including cash handling and reporting **Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards** Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services **Resolves customer complaints and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction**

About you

▪ You must have completed at least Diploma in Hospitality/ Business ;▪ Minimum one years of experience in Fast food industry;▪ Excellent interpersonal skills with proven internal and external stakeholder management experience▪ Strong presentation skills ▪ A self-motivated and high-achieving team player▪ Excellent communication skill;▪ Solid critical thinking;▪ A high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn and grow;▪ Demonstrated understanding and experience in delivering management reporting solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment;▪ Ability to manage relationship with key stakeholders.▪ Must have eligibility to work full-time.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
