**Intro/Background**

At The Arnott's Group, we are an iconic Australian powerhouse brand, recognised as pioneers in the FMCG market both locally and globally. Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting opportunity to help own and shape our iconic legacy. To support this growth, we are seeking an eCommerce Executive to drive the success of The Arnott’s Group’s eCommerce strategy. The role will work within a rapidly evolving and growing channel with our major omnichannel retailers, Pureplay retailers, Direct-to-Consumer and emerging digitally enabled channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting into our Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for owning and managing our compensation and incentive framework globally. There will be a mix of strategic and operational compensation and benefits work. This role will include
- Leading our global reward strategy
- Supporting the design and delivery of executive compensation programs, including providing relevant internal financial analysis, external practice analysis and commentary on regulatory developments
- Designing, evaluating and modification of compensation policies
- Management of pay equity and Workplace Gender and Equality Agency (WEGA) reporting
- Administering of The Arnott’s Group global and domestic mobility program
- Supplier management (aligned with EVP)
- Superannuation policy management
- Management of day to day queries of compensation and benefits
- Participation in ANZ P&C leadership team

**The Ingredients To Be Successful**:

- Minimum 8+ years in reward arena
- A vibrant, agile and can-do approach to working in a versatile role
- Experience in Job Evaluation methodology grading frameworks (Korn Ferry/Hay Group an advantage)
- Change and stakeholder management skills and experience
- Very meticulous & analytical with the ability to think big picture
- Effective collaborator - builds partnerships across a wide group of internal and external stakeholders and balance competing interests
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Experience in use & optimisation of HRIS (Success Factors knowledge a bonus)
- Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Teams) + Power BI for content creation, analysis, documentation, presentation and delivery
