**About the role - 0.8 FTE Permanent Part-Time (flexible hours)**

Are you passionate about making a difference and fostering impactful connections within and beyond the organisation? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the pivotal role of Business Development Officer.

As a Business Development Officer, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining professional interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, including our diverse Mission and Business Development Team, Senior Managers, and external partners and funding providers.
- Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:_
- Provide administrative support to business development processes and working groups.
- Monitor and identify funding opportunities.

**About you**:
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish working partnerships based on collaboration, trust, and open communication. As a key contact between the organisation and funding bodies, you excel in fostering positive relationships with partner organisations and the community. You uphold professionalism and strict confidentiality in all tasks and organisational documentation.
- You will also have the following skills and experience: _
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a grant, tender or contract administration role.
- Superior organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
