**Your new opportunity**

The Finance department deals regularly with head office in Korea and employees that are located on-site at numerous national retail locations.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Matching, Coding and Processing Account Payable in the system
- Reconciliation and Management of vendor invoice, statement
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of Accounts Payable Payment - EFT Run
- OPEX invoice process
- Employee Expense Process and Review
- Corporate Credit Card Process and Reconciliation
- Corporate Credit Card Administration
- Liaise with Vendor
- Vendor Set up / Master File management
- Month end reporting
- Ad hoc report as per HQ/RHQ request
- Other responsibilities to reflect the changing requirements and workload within the Finance team.

**About you**
- At least 3 years’ experience in an account payable role
- Experience in High Volume data processing
- Knowledge and experience in SAP
- ** Superior organisational and communication skills**:

- A solid understanding of accounting
- Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills (advanced excel skills)
- A flexible approach to work
- A good sense of initiative
- Energetic and ability to work in a fast paced changing multi-cultural environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work against strict deadlines
- A genuine willingness to learn and can-do attitude
- SAP and agency experience preferred but not essential
- Sound decision making and problem solving skills
