**Job Title**: Event Setup and Packup Crew

**Location**: Suburbs in Sydney

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30/hour (minimum)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up event spaces according to specific layouts and instructions
- Assist with unloading and loading equipment from vans or storage areas.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are safely and properly handled, installed, and stored.
- Pack up and store event equipment post-event, ensuring all items are accounted for and organized.
- Collaborate with event coordinators, technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely event execution.
- Troubleshoot any setup issues and make on-the-spot adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event space during and after setup/breakdown.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all stages of setup and teardown.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in event setup, breakdown, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Punctual and dependable with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with setting up large-scale events (weddings, corporate events) is a bonus.
