Reporting to the General Manager, this role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage events from concept to completion
- Liaise with clients to tailor events to their vision and needs
- Oversee event logistics including setup, staffing, catering, and breakdown
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and service throughout events
- Lead, train, and supervise event staff and support crew
- Support sales and marketing efforts by conducting venue tours and assisting with promotions

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in events or functions management (hospitality background preferred)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and client relations skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in event software and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred**:

- Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Experience managing high-volume or large-scale events
