**What this job involves**:
This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills. As a Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests. As the first point of contact, you are responsible for welcoming employees and visitors with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services. You will be based onsite at the client’s state of the art offices based in the Melbourne CBD and maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards.

**Duties include**:
Providing a unique welcoming experience for all staff and visitors
Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
Be the go-to specialist for all staff & guest enquiries
Assist the Customer Relationship Manager
Promote retail tenancies in and around the building through physical and digital mediums
Promote community engagement events and initiatives

You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality, or service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.
An outgoing personality and friendly approach, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
You are able to adopt a one-team attitude with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners.
