At BFT Wentworth Point, that’s exactly where we want you to be — leading from the front, driving results, and building something meaningful.

This isn’t a full time desk job. You’ll be hands-on with members, running sessions, team culture, and the business. That includes driving performance in key areas like **sales, rollovers, and retention**. You’ll need to be confident working with **scripts**, making **sales calls**, handling **membership rollovers**, and proactively **retaining** and re-engaging members.

You’ll be supported with strong leadership, mentoring, and an extended team around you. And most importantly — a genuine, no-ego community of members and coaches to lead and grow.

**Must-Haves**
- Experience as a studio manager
- Experience running group training sessions
- Strong sales experience - calling warm leads (no cold calling)
- Experience handling objections and converting with scripts provided
- Confidence managing rollovers and driving retention strategies provided
- Ability to adapt under pressure and keep cool during stressful times
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience building a tight-knit member community
- Comfort working with the local community to build brand presence
- Min cert 4 in fitness and current first aid+cpr

This is a full time role with salary plus uncapped bonuses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
