**Casual Physiotherapy Practice Receptionist**:
Waterfront Physiotherapy & Pilates is seeking a Casual receptionist to join our practice at Wentworth Point (Sydney Olympic Park Area). The shifts required to be filled at present are Monday and Thursday morning 8.30-11.30am and Thursday 2.30-5.30pm (please note shift times can vary small amounts in start and end times based on patient bookings). We may also have other shifts pending staffs uni timetable confirmation. The shifts required may change at times in the year also based on other staff university time tables so we do our best to coordinate staff to ensure we cover all shifts. Flexibility is required at times to cover other shifts also and we appreciate our staff helping each other out when needed.

Our growing practice provides quality Physiotherapy, Pilates and rehabilitative services including private consultations and group classes utilising our fully equipped clinical Pilates studio.

Successful applicants should have:

- Friendly, happy demeanour and good personal presentation
- Good ability to communicate to clients and staff Both verbal and written
- Professional manner
- Good time management skills and ability to multi task
- Confidence to work independently
- Quick at learning processes and procedures
- Proficient computer skills
- Be flexible to work extra hours or to cover other shifts in busy periods.
- Prior experience in health administration is an advantage
- We use FRONTDESK Physiotherapy practice management software, skills in past use of this program is of value but not essential as training will be provided

Duties include:

- Greet and assist patients
- Manage patient payments, invoicing and receipts
- General office duties including banking, data entry, account management, scanning and filing
- Insurance/CTP/WC administration
- General practice cleaning duties

Please note it is a NSW Health requirement to be fully vaccinated with a valid Covid 19 vaccination to work within a health facility in NSW. As this role is a on site working with vulnerable populations this is still required. Evidence of vaccination will be required if you are selected in the interview process so that we meet NSW Health Regulations. You may be asked to wear a mask if health orders change. We are currently not required to wear masks in the practice however ask staff to exercise common sense precautions and wear a mask if they have any symptoms as we do have vulnerable patients that attend the clinic from nursing homes etc.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.80 - $33.56 per hour
