**_ What you’ll be doing_**

The Reporting for Better Outcomes team works collaboratively across the organisation to lead, facilitate and design a suite of reports and products across cancer control services. This role will support the management, implementation, monitoring and coordination of the expansion of the Reporting for Better Cancer Outcomes Program, report development arm. In addition, the role will contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of projects focusing on improving the process of report production, and ensuring these projects meet identified needs and realise maximum benefits for the health system.

Reporting For Better Cancer Outcomes (RBCO) is the Cancer Institute NSW’s flagship quality improvement and performance reporting program.

The role will work across the organisation and with key external stakeholders including NSW Pillars, Ministry of Health, local health districts and primary health networks to drive the delivery of system improvement program strategies and reduce unwarranted clinical variation.

**_ Remuneration/Benefits_**

In addition to base salary:

- 11.5% superannuation
- 4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)
- 10 days sick leave
- 40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.

**_Essential requirements_**
- Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience and knowledge of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in a project support officer role working with multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Understanding of the drivers to effective stakeholder engagement
