Health Manager level 5, starting salary from $166,678 - $186,448 plus Super, with a 38 hour work week. Based in St Leonards, we offer a hybrid working environment with travel required across metro and regional areas of NSW.

The Senior Manager, Performance Support will be leading a team focusing on health system performance, implementing patient flow improvement strategies and supporting statewide initiatives to improve service delivery. You will lead and manage the planning and delivery of critical and highly complex projects and patient flow performance support reviews across NSW. We offer a fast paced, dynamic and supported environment with a strong team culture and an opportunity to partner with hospitals across NSW.

**What you will do**
- Lead a team to coordinate multiple high profile statewide projects while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.
- Understand key measures and data sets related to access and patient flow with strong skills with analysing complex data rapidly and developing reports.
- Strong skills with designing performance support improvement programs and adapting to different contexts.
- Ability to rapidly respond to executive correspondence and ministerials.

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Experience leading a team to deliver high quality deliverables on time whilst building a strong and supported team culture.
- Highly advanced knowledge of data and analytics and experience in developing and presenting diagnostic reports to senior executives.
- Experience with leading and developing highly complex projects to deliver organisation change at a hospital, district and state level.
