We’re on the lookout for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join us part-time (3 days a week)—with flexible days to suit your schedule

**About the role**:
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also be a key player in keeping things running smoothly whether it's providing product insights, refining database records, supporting marketing campaign efforts, or even jumping in as backup for the customer experience call centre team when required. - Problem-solving mindset with initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills, adapting to different audiences
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused admin role
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Experience meeting and exceeding KPI goals
- Positive attitude and strong team player, contributing to a great vibe
