**About the Opportunity**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of call for in-bound phone calls and online queries from customers and deliver support and solutions for a range of topics including general queries, complaints and feedback
- Manage customer tickets in an appropriate time frame and escalate requests to other team members/departments as required
- Create magic moments for our customers by providing an exceptional & engaging customer experience
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify problems and find effective solutions in a timely manner
- Champion customer feedback and identify areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience
**About you**:
- Previous experience in customer service, in-bound call centre roles highly desirable
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Great attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
- Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
- Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to learn software systems in a timely manner
