Monelli is looking for a **passionate and experienced Evening Venue Manager** to lead our team and bring our vision to life. If you have a **deep love for hospitality, fine wines, and exceptional service**, this is your chance to be part of something truly special.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Lead & Train**: Oversee and develop the front-of-house team, conducting regular training to ensure top-tier service standards.
- **Customer Experience**: Set the tone for impeccable hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- **Wine & Service Expertise**: Utilize your deep knowledge of wines to guide both guests and staff, curating pairings and educating the team.
- **Operational Oversight**: Handle **staff rostering, stock take**, and ensure smooth evening operations.
- **First Point of Contact**: Be the go-to leader for all front-of-house staff, resolving issues, motivating the team, and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3-5+ years of experience** in a leadership role within a restaurant, wine bar, or fine dining venue.
- Strong **knowledge of wines**, especially Italian and European varieties.
- **Exceptional leadership** and communication skills, with a natural ability to mentor and inspire.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
- Experience in **staff training, rostering, and stock management**.
- Ability to **thrive in a fast-paced environment**, handling challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Must have a valid RSA & Approved Manager certification**.
- **Must have full working rights in Australia** - we are not offering sponsorships for this role.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
