**What we’re looking for**

A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
- Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar
- Recruitment of staff
- Stock control and ordering
- Labour controls and financials
- P&L forecasting and accounting, evidence of strong EBITDA conversions
- Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.

A degree in hospitality, business or marketing would be beneficial, alongside FSS certificate and first aid training.
