About the Venues:
BEACH BAR
At the Beach Bar, Bondi comes to life. Guests can relax and enjoy the iconic beach views during the day and the energy of Bondi at night, over a casual bite and fresh seasonal cocktails.
Opening hours may vary depending on weather conditions.
ETHEUS
Etheus is the reimagined main dining room of Promenade, a refreshed, focused identity for the indoor space, while the beloved outdoor area continues as the Promenade Beach Bar.
The menu celebrates the simplicity and soul of Greek cooking, brought to life with local produce and Bondi flair.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be hands-on in daily operations, leading the team, running service, and managing reporting. You'll motivate staff, deliver excellent hospitality, and ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Bring positive energy and know how to motivate a team
Have strong attention to detail and venue presentation
Are confident with systems, reporting, and compliance
Are organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Hold a current RSA
