About the Opportunity

Mobys  is looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to join our team.

About you

  • Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests
  • Has at least two years in a manager or assistant manager of an equivalent venue
  • Experienced in venue management, event coordination, and hospitality
  • Proven ability to manage and drive financial aspects of restaurant operations
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems promptly
  • An energetic and enthusiastic leader – making work fun and enjoyable for your team whilst getting the job done.
  • Forward thinker, confident with all aspects of running a busy successful venue both in and out of service.
  • Excellent and proactive communication, time management and leadership skills
  • Great understanding of food, wines, cocktails
  • Hands on approach and leads by example
  • Exceptional people skills and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems and service delivery
  • Lead, support, and train high-performing teams
