**Goldfield & Banks** _(A Fragrance State of Mind Pty Ltd)_ is Australia’s leading perfume house celebrating the extraordinary beauty of Australia and its botanical richness. The brand was created 6 years ago by Dimitri Weber in Sydney and is sold in over 500 stores across 50 countries including Harrods and Selfridges in the UK or Bergdorf Goodman in the US. In Oceania the brand is sold mainly online, in independent perfumeries, at Sephora, Adore Beauty and in Travel Retail.

We are looking for a **International Production Manager - NPD superstar **with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our great head office team in Bondi Junction. In this role you will be involved in developing and executing a creative and innovative product strategy that aligns with the Company’s business goals, brand identity and drives business growth.

This position will report to the Artistic Director and CEO, supported by Product and Graphic Designers.

**The Role**:

- **Product Strategy and Planning**

Develop and execute a product strategy and plan for the next 5 years that aligns with the Company’s business goals, objectives, brand identity and brand positioning.

Manage technical aspects of critical paths to ensure key dates are met.

Develop effective strategies and procedures for improving efficiency of product development process.

Collect, analyse, and monitor market and customer insights to identify opportunities for ongoing product innovation and improvement.
- **Product Development**

Prepare creative briefings and mood boards for new concepts and products as required, and liaise with suppliers to prepare samples and mock ups of new products.

Prepare briefings and creative campaigns.

Develop creative new products and new creative concepts from start to finish and delivery to the marketing team.

Assist with and execute the rebranding of certain product lines and packaging for the 10 years of the brand.

Source new packing suppliers and recruit new perfume houses in order to launch successful perfumes and to create more diversity and creativity in our fragrance palette.
- **Development of Marketing and Multimedia Assets and Tools**

Engage with and brief multimedia agencies to create assets, social media content, promotional videos and product visuals for each product launch.

Create and execute creative and innovative communication campaigns, media and press tools and assets.
- **Development Merchandising and Training**

Manage global merchandising strategies and engage with suppliers to deliver designs, 3D renders, mock up of pop ups, windows and counter development as well as planno grams.

Develop the product animation strategy and in store customer experience that will support the launch of each product such as gift wrapping, original GWP development, creative sampling, perfume rituals, new supportive tools to engage with customers in store and online, etc.

Develop training strategies and training assets and platform.
- **Branding and imaging**

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all materials.

**Key Attributes / Skills Required**:

- Tertiary qualifications in product design, business, sales, marketing, or equivalent and/or 5+ years previous experience in product management in beauty and/or luxury or equivalent.
- Strong product knowledge in the latest trends, best practice, technologies and methodologies.
- Previous demonstrated experience in successfully launching and managing products.
- Intermediate computer skills with packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and databases.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A corporate entrepreneur with a strong desire to build a successful business.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year
