**Product Load Executive**

Remote - Based in Australia or New Zealand | Adventure World

Are you detail-oriented, love working with travel products, and have a knack for numbers? Adventure World Travel is looking for a Product Load Executive to ensure our incredible travel experiences are seamlessly available to book.

This role is crucial in making sure our products are loaded accurately and efficiently into our systems, enabling our reservations team to create unforgettable journeys for our customers.

**What You’ll Do**
- Load and maintain travel product data in the Calypso system, including contract rates, booking conditions, and special offers.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and available for reservations.
- Work closely with suppliers to clarify contract details and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the Reservations Team by responding to product-related queries.
- Assist the Product Manager with contract checks, reporting, and load progress updates.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in the travel industry (retail or wholesale) with strong product knowledge.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage rates and contracts.
- Excel skills and ideally, experience using Calypso.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for travel - especially Latin America, if you have it.
