Now, we’re looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals to join our **Bondi Junction flagship team** and help shape the future of drone retail in Australia.

Your Role at Bondi Junction

**What You’ll Do**:

- Achieve and exceed store KPIs to set new benchmarks in performance.
- Deliver **exceptional customer service**, multitasking to manage multiple customers seamlessly.
- Learn everything about DJI products (no experience? No problem—we’ll train you to be an expert).
- Demonstrate products in-store and conduct **live drone test flights** to dazzle customers.
- Host and support our **New Pilot Experience training sessions** on Thursday nights.
- Help customers with drone setups and troubleshooting, ensuring they leave confident in their purchase.

About You
- You’re a **sales superstar** eager to exceed expectations and grow personally and professionally.
- Previous **retail or sales experience** is a bonus, but your passion and willingness to learn are what matter most.
- An interest in drones, cameras, and tech is ideal—but not essential.
- You have **outstanding communication and customer engagement skills**.
- You bring a **positive, can-do attitude** and present yourself well to high-end clientele.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
