Well established beverage business is recruiting a New Product Development Manager.

**The Company**

Our client is a well established FMCG group with exposure to multiple product categories including food, beverage, personal care, health and wellness products. They operate across various retail channels including grocery, food service, independents, petrol & convenience and route.

They are well established with a national presence over the past 30+ years.

**The Role**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Product Development Manager to join the beverage arm of the group.

The role will be responsible for:

- Leading NPD projects from concept to delivery
- Assist in identifying key market opportunities and customer insights
- Manage multiple new product projects and prioritise delivery of projects to maximise commercial and strategic outcomes
- Development of customer led, long term innovation pipelines in line with the overall business objectives
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, contract manufacturers, regulatory specialists and internal stakeholders
- Manage networks, supplier lead times and deliver projects on time
- Work with design agencies to brief, edit and approve packaging for NPD

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 + years’ experience in managing technical projects
- 5 + years’ experience within a product development management role within a food or beverage environment
- Proven project management and planning skills with a focus on managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to manage experienced teams in a manufacturing environment will be ideal
- Proven success in the development and implementation of new product from concept to delivery
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
