**About the Role**

As **Program Manager, Leadership Academy**, you will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative leadership programs for the NSW public sector. You’ll work with senior executives, providers, and internal stakeholders to shape learning experiences that uplift leadership capability and support public sector excellence. This role is key to achieving the vision of a world-class Leadership Academy and delivering high-impact development aligned to sector priorities.

As our new Program Manager, you will join the Strategic Leadership Development team within the Workforce Planning branch in the People and Workforce Group of the Premier’s Department.

**We're Looking For**
- Leadership Development Expertise: Strong experience in designing and delivering leadership learning pathways
- Advisory Capability: Confidence in providing expert guidance to leaders, learners, and sector representatives
- Program and Project Management: Experience leading complex programs within scope, time and budget
- Evaluation and Improvement: Capability to develop and implement evaluation strategies that drive insights and improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with senior leaders and external providers
- Strategic Thinking: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and aligning learning solutions to broader workforce goals
